Stanton Lange Vineyard Management has farmed under the guiding principle of sustainability since its inception. Long before standards were established and adopted, we have been practicing excellence in mechanical operation efficiency, deficit irrigation, minimal pesticide application, pesticide rotation for resistance prevention, and vineyard erosion control.

Since 2008, the vineyards we own and manage have been certified by Lodi Rules for Sustainable Winegrowing program standards as governed by the Lodi Winegrape Commission. Lodi Rules is California’s first third party-certified sustainable winegrowing program that requires annual renewal of each property in the program and review of companywide sustainability practices. We are proud of our certification record and will continue to add new properties to the program as they are added to our portfolio.
